this topic is very interesting. I get confused why some ppl dont loose weight at 1200 calories but they do at 1400 (for example). =(

this is VERY good to know. yestarday I weigh and noticed that i didnt loose any pound =( in he last 7 days. now Im in TOM and I hope that it is the cause of that unproductive 7 days

Totally agree. In addition, the healthy weight is not necessarily what tables show us; some people "must" weight 130 pounds (for example) because their height is 5'6'' but they don't look well. Go ahead and start this journey =) but be conscious

This is one of the many concerns about loosing weight. Thanks God I have been reading that if you loose 1 -2 ponds per week, do exercise ... the skin, as an live organ, will adapt. A lot of success for everybody !!!!

I am on vacations, but the fall semester is going to start and I am afraid about that.
