I drink on a fairly regular basis, but I don't know why anymore. It's usually fun while I'm doing it, but the way it effects me (hangover breakfasts, smoking while drunk, etc.) doesn't seem to be worth it anymore. It's so hard to cut back though, because all of my friends drink, and when they do it, I want to too. :/

I've been going through the same thing! I'm just going to slowly transition myself back into my good habits. Just take things one day at a time. Good luck!

I don't think I have a type. I've dated muscular, large, short, tall, and skinny guys. My current boyfriend (of almost 2 years) is underweight, but I will love him no matter what he weighs. (:

I was doing my hair and I used a mirror to look at the back of my hair. When I ran my hand through my hair, it didn't even look like my hand. It looked so fat. I knew I was overweight, but for some reason this really struck me. That day I went and got a gym membership. That was Nov 14, 2011.

Well as far as I know (and I'm no expert) if you don't eat enough, your weight loss comes to a standstill. Now, I'm just not sure how much is enough for each person...

Thanks guys! I needed the reassurance, I think I need to start eating more, I've been eating 1400 cals at the most usually, but I want to give my body as much as it needs, and apparently it uses more than I thought!

I've only ever had tempeh, which I think is like tofu. And it was cooked in teriyaki sauce. It was delicious.

I'm happy you said this because I just ordered the basic kit yesterday. I tried it when I was younger, and It didn't do much, but my skin has improved since then.

My ears nose and forehead are all too big. My toenails and fingernails grow to fast (I hate my feet in general). My hair is short now, and I miss having long and feminine hair, but even when it's long it's frizzy and curly. I have awful acne, and occasionally my eczema flares up. Wow I have a lot of problems. Lol.

I agree with Zumba, definitely. I just got the kinect game, and I've taken classes. Other than Zumba, I looove bike riding and swimming.

Face, waist, tummy, butt. :( I'm sad to say goodbye to my butt. Hopefully the squats will help. I personally think that my legs have lost more than my tummy, but everyone else says my stomach has shrank the most.

Well since I'm not getting any advice I think I'm going to go with the Link. Some of the reviews said that it isn't as accurate, which I don't want, but I like the fact that I can instantly see what I'm burning.... I'm wondering if you can still hard sync it to your computer though?

Right now I'm trying to decide between the FIT link and the FIT Core. Any suggestions?
