  • Hi everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself and log my weigh-in. I’m Beije (pronounced just like the color, beige) I’ve had ups and downs in weight and feel this will hold me accountable. SW: 161 CE: 160 GW: 150 Best of luck to everyone :)

  • Hi everyone. I'm Beije and 31 and recently became a vegetarian...again :) I still consume eggs and diary cheese but I am slowly trying to ween myself off of both. I am 100% more conscious and aware of the negative affects that animal products have on our bodies and love my decision to go back. My husband is not on board…
  • Awesome recipes, I will definitely be saving these and putting them to use!!
  • I've done quite a bit of moving. My husband's in the militaryaand I lived in Japan for 4 yrs prior to Calif and I'm originally from Pittsburgh, PA, so I'm definitely familiar with humidity. Not necessarily looking forward to that but I'm an hr north of Sacramento and I'm ready to move back to the city.
  • Conway. This'll be my 1st time in FL aside from Disney World as a kid. I'm currently in Northern California and I'm excited to leave!
  • Great advice!!! Every few months I go through my FB friends and ween out the ppl that aren't friends. Suggest that to your wife and possibly do the same yourself. Hubby and I tried the whole sharing account info...everyone needs space and "privacy". If that's the case, delete your individual pages and get a combined page.
  • That is bad advice!!! This is all social networking and yes this is to help lose, gain, maintain weight but everyone has a jealous side. I occasionally FB stalk my hubbys page but its all in good fun...well curiosity. Stay positive and don't Piss her off. Keep a close net of supporters on here...its not a popularity…
  • This is a great goal to help jumpstart my body back on track. Anyone can add me to help with motivation.
  • Work night's in a restaurant and I tend to stay awake until dawn, sleep all day or get barely enough sleep. I will try to change these habits and make it to the gym or do a video by 10am everyday this week!!
  • I just checked out the tallgirls site. Thanks!! I'll use a converter to figure out what it would be to exchange US dollars, but this is a big help considering I normally have to buy larger sizes to get the length I want. Another place is Kohl's SO jeans. They have sales quite often so the long jeans will only be $19.99!!
  • I am 5'10 and my hubby's only an inch taller. He doesn't like being shorter than me so I don't wear heels as much as I'd like to :(
  • Female 20lbs Interval and circuit training. I have done crossfit in the past and will occasionally refer to the WOD. I have P90X, Brazil butt and turbo fire @ home if those will help in a challenge. I'm open to anything!! But I was lax for the past 2 1/2 months and just started back in the gym.
  • I started working out again last week. 3lbs down and I'm hoping to stick with this!!!
  • My husband and I were stationed at Kadena for 4 yrs, I just left last Sept. Have fun there!
  • Beale Air Force Base, Yuba City, CA but moving to Orlando, FL in 2 weeks
  • CW: 168 SW: 125 (high school, 12yrs ago) GW: 150 I'm 5'9 3/4. I did the frame calculator and it says I have a thin frame but I have broad shoulders which makes me think I have a large frame. At my SW I was very active. I'm in the process of moving to Orlando, Fl and would love to reach atleast 160lbs in 2 weeks. With my…
  • I listen to upbeat music. Techno, electronica, dubstep, trance. If you have Pandora you can plug in the genre's and you'll get a constant pace of music. It's also a good way to get the names of songs/artists you like.
  • Moving to Orlando in 2 weeks
