Packing a healthy lunch will try and take a walk on my break. Yesterday I tried and felt dizzy. I can’t wait to feel recovered about to get out in the garden those peas don’t plant…

  • SW RND 291: 168.2 Yesterday was rough - DH has a bad flu and I spent the last 24 hours tending to him. Sleep was choppy for both of us. I am proud on day 1 I managed to get a full walk in and a meditation. I stuck to my calories. We will see if I can get more activity today. Down a pound I still feel like I am retaining a…
  • my best tip is to preplan/pre track your food for the next day. Otherwise it’s really easy to use up all your calories and not have enough left for dinner! You can always make changes as you go. And give yourself some grace if you go over a bit while you are getting used to it
  • Hi Guys - first time challenger so I hope I am doing this right :-) SW RND 291: 168.2 I just really have lacked consistency this year and I would feel so accomplished to actually track and stay within my calorie goal for 10 days straight. Challenges are: stress, the work candy table right next to my desk, negativity and…
  • Just turned 45 and I have to say - hormones are changing the rules on me for weight maintenance - gained 15 over the past year or so without really realizing or paying attention. Setting my goal this year to be back where I was and get out of the overweight BMI category. But I can't go as "hard" as I used to with exercise,…
  • Adjusting my goal weight to something I can realistically hit. I am okay with that, I would rather be halfway to goal than not at all!

Urgh!!! I need…
  • Holy crow Woman! This isn't just a story of you conquering weight, this is about so much more. I am so sorry so many docs let you down - unfortunately some are not equipped to help with nutrition and just medicate. I hope when you read this back you see that there were so many underlying emotional issues and the fat was…
  • Sorry about your Mother. My Mom passed away 4 months ago and knocked me right off the fitness wagon...I think it's great you are supporting your own health through a sad time.
  • Just starting - not doing the full program this time, just twice a week alternating with Cize
  • Wow! That takes so much strength and commitment, you are awesome!

  • You look fantastic! WTG on consistency!!!!
  • Hi, My understanding is that the formulas they use for calorie levels in the p90x nutrition plan are for weight maintenance, so you would need to subtract 500-1000 for a calorie deficit. If you want to maintain your scale weight, but trade fat for muscle, then eat what they recommend.
  • Woo Hoo! Nice job finishing the program. I can see such a difference, you are much leaner more toned, your waist/abs I would kill for :-) enjoy CLX!
  • Oooh that bread looks good! I won't make it because I know I couldn't control myself around it lol. But it's a good option if you have a wicked craving! Back on day 3 of attack - feeling fantastic, down 2 lbs already.
  • My post cycle wrap up: I don't see this cycle as a failure, oh no not at all, because what it did was get me mentally back into a place where I am willing to work hard and sacrifice again. After months of zero motivation, I feel like I am back in the game. See you in the funny papers! 3/02- 156.6 - I must point out I am…
