  • I'm in the same place as you....and I'm staring back tomorrow with my exercise program! Since vacation in July, I've been hit and miss. I'm coming back to the message boards because it's always been my biggest motivation! Good luck!

  • I started this morning too! I finished the 30DS on Friday and although I only lost 5lbs, I lost a total of 7 1/2 inches overall. The RI30 was a little harder for me than I expected, but I can't wait for the end result. Love the support we can get from each other too.
  • I finish 30DS Friday (loved it!!),:smile: and I plan to rest for the weekend and start RI30 on Monday. I'd love the support and motivation!
  • My current favorite right now: whole wheat waffle topped with part-skim ricotta cheese and 1/2 tbs honey drizzled over the top. I sometimes top it with fresh fruit too (strawberries, bananas, or mango). Delicious and very low calorie.
  • I started on April 2nd. After day 6 I already felt stronger and could see and feel a difference in my body! I started level 2 today, and it is much harder than level 1. I can't wait to finish and see the end results!!

  • I started 30DS on Monday. I'm getting ready to do day 5 of level 1. I was so sore the first 2 days, but this morning I woke up feeling ok. Today is also my weigh in day and I've lost 2 lbs this week! I think a lot of that comes from this workout. I'm excited to see the results at the end!
  • I'm trying to get down to 135/140 by summer, so we are all pretty close. I need the motivation and would love to have the support. I tend to fall off the wagon when I don't have someone holding me accountable! :smile:
