I'm on my 2nd round of T25, week 3 Beta. I absolutely love it. I did the program all the way through the first time, including Gamma and Gamma Hybrid. Tips, just take your time. You WILL get stronger and modify less. By the time I reach the final week of each phase, I'm not modifying at all.

I'm about to complete my first week of Gamma Hybrid so I'm fairly close to being done with the program, but it would be nice to have some T25 buddies. I plan on starting T25 over in January...

I took the little quiz and determined I should be eating 1,600 cals a day. So I upped my daily calorie allowance on MFP to 1,600 and only log 1 calorie for my T25 workouts. I don't have a HRM either, and this method works for me really well.

I do T25, 5 days a week, 25 mins a day. I've lost about 6lbs, but have gained a lot of muscle and my body is very toned. Prior to T25 I did a lot of Zumba and that was not only fun, but helped me lose 5lbs.

I've attended clothing swaps. It's a nice way to refresh your wardrobe for free IF someone there has brought sizes that fit you. Also it's a great way to unload clothes you no longer want. Whatever is leftover, you donate to charity. Might be worth it to organize one yourself...

I don't have bad period symptoms, so I totally work out my period week. It helps me get over feeling bloated!

This! That has to be annoying as hell to listen to, so I'd just tell him if he's not willing to work for the body he wants, you're not going to listen to complaints. Otherwise, just keep doing what you are doing for yourself. It's nice you want to help him, you seem like a great GF, but ultimately, he's got to want to help…
