I want to try, not sure i can do 150, but i will give it a shot. I hope to at least do 50. This is a great exercise that won't hurt my knee.

I mix cottage cheese and Granola for breakfast every morning. I can't drink milk, so cottage cheese is my subsitute. I just use the fat free cottage cheese and it does't bother my stomach, like milk.

Becky, I started the 30 day shred and loved it. I got all the way to level 2, doing it almost everyday, i missed one day out of the 10 days on level one. I have been using the Naked green machine drink and mixing it with protein powder. I am getting some veggies and the protein. Works for me so far, I have only been doing it for two days, so not sure the benefits if any yet. It equals a little under 300 calories.

Made these for breakfast this morning, I totally hate oatmeal, but wanted to try these to see if this could be a way for me to eat oatmeal. I have to say, it wasn't that bad, and the kids said it was okay. Thanks for sharing.
