  • I have to vent this has been an emotional roller coaster for me the last couple of weeks. My male friend of 16 months is leaving tomorrow to move to another state. • The holiday weekend wasn't that good. I didn't do any exercise or watch what i ate at all. The last time i exercise was Thursday and i had plenty of adult drinks this weekend. I really fell off the band wagon and felt guilty about it. Since i felt so bad and i was off yesterday, i went to the gym in the middle of the day…
  • I weight myself once a week, usually a Monday, early in the morning. Some days i do find myself weight myself every moring, but i only record the Monday numbers.
  • Don't be frustrated, the scale may not be moving, but you could be losing inches. I am like Jolene_CO, the scale will stay the same for some many days or increase, then days later it drops. I think it is just our body adjusting. For me it also depends on what time of the day i get on the scale. hang in there, you will see…

  • Great job everyone!! This week has been great for me as well. I slipped up a couple of days without exercise because my body said it was tried. Other than that it has been great. Since i have been going to the gym, i have been averaging 5-6 hours a night of sleep. I was always in bed 9-9:30 before we started exercising. (I…

  • I have been making meals from skinnytaste.com, most of the meals are the same types of meals my family has always eaten. They are just healther version. • My long term weight loss goal is to reach 145-130lb, to be in the healthy BMI. Short term I would like to lose weight to get my sugar and cholesterol levels down, so I won’t have to take any medication. Short and long term, I would love to be able to walk without being out of breath and being able to cross something off my…

  • I have the same issues with Vitamin D, my levels were so low for a couple years in a row. I now take a prescription of Vitamin D once a week. I have always had stomach issues, so i don't see a difference as far as that is concerned. You might want to speak to your doctor and see if they have any suggestions. Maybe see if…
