For me, one a week is too frequent, it's like having a 'cheat meal' which I don't agree with. Once a month Sunday roast would suit me perfectly. It's far enough apart to keep my weight on track, but far enough apart to feel like a treat.

I've actually got stricter, and more focussed now that I'm a few kilo's within goal. I decided to cut all alcohol, until a rather large event I am hosting (will be 27 days of no drinking). My mindset is that I have worked too damn hard to make it this far and not reach my goal. Whether I'm there for a day, a week, a month,…

I guess it depends on the individual, but would once a month be considered too frequent?

I'm 4.5kgs from goal, have lost 29kgs. Hope to be at goal by the end of August (or as soon after as possible!)

You change it under goals.

To clarify. You can't choose to enter a week (or more) worth of different daily calorie limits. You need to change the limit on a daily basis. Therefore in my opinion I don't think either the website or the app easily allow CC although the functionality is there in other sections.

Yoghurt with some fruit is a healthy dessert and it won't blow your calories.

I weight everything! But I have a new found respect for y'all who weigh chips! I actually don't eat them lie because there's no way I could stop at the serving size. It's all or nothing when it comes to the worlds most delicious snack, and then add dip! Go you good things!

I manually change my calories each day in line with my BMR. Then I add my exercise calories so each day I custom calorie goal. I believe what you are talking sbout is called calorie cycling and my understanding is that you work out your calories for the week then deduct some from one day and add them on to another making…

Can you make yourself a low cal version if what they are having? Ask them to support you to make healthy choices at night. It's a tricky situation but if you can find a solution you'll have fantastic results.

Wake Wee Weight Works for me!

If you have those calories left at night have some yoghurt.

I'd give it a couple of weeks at least. I wish MFP had more flexibility around this. Would be handy for it to allow easier calorie cycling.

I found a clean chocolate mousse on Pinterest that's high protein. 10gms cottage cheese & 1x scoop chocolate protein powder. Is actually really nice. Just don't let it sit. Make & eat straight away or it gets a bit gluggy.

Just curious what do you have your carbs & fat set at? Thanks :)
