I think it's possible, just not preferable. But sometimes, we gotta do what we gotta do. You can always do some type of juice fasting. However, you won't end up keeping the weight off unless you make healthy lifestyle changes for good. I wish you the best.

I :heart: my tatas! I don't want them to get any smaller than a C cup either (currently a 38D), for all the reasons you listed above. Plus they help give more of that hourglass shape that I think is sexy on a woman.

Around 8-10 glasses a day. I wonder if there are health benefits to drinking much more than this though, like many people on here do.
