Cals in Vegetable Fried Rice?
I'm having veggie fried rice for lunch from a chinese place near my work that does not have nutrition info on their website. It's a half pint I think? About 2 cups. Anyone have a good estimate of how many cals this would be? I looked it up on here, but all the calorie counts (PF changs, etc.) seem really low. Thanks!
