Good Ole Fashioned Raisin Bran with Whole Milk...have glass of grape juice after about 4oz swig it down and head for a 30min brisk walk and then back home......you dont need nothing fancy if ya do then you need to see a Doctor.

set your ticker for small goal of 10lbs and walk as much as possible ...dont look at the bigger picture...it has really helped me to do it this way..perhaps it will be better for you as well..good luck add me if you like

I usually get wendys salads..and bring a slimfast in a cooler with fruit, nuts and lots of water..thats enough to tide you over you wont be eating all 20hrs BUT if that's not good u can just make sandwiches wheat bread turkey and cheese bring some trail mix and water to snack on

Welp from a beauticians standpoint ...depends on how hairy...you can wax it and it wont come back any worse so I say if it bothers you remove it why walk around with something that is an issue..but if its not a worry then leave it...PS do not try to wax it yourself let a salon do it.

I think you have to really take a healthy approach to eating/exercise if your not going to count calories...at least think before you eat (I'm not saying you don't now) but in order to maintain your going to have to be diligent lots of veggies, fruits, lean meats and plenty of water.
