talk to your doc first then if its nothing medical causing it go to a spa for proper removal...trust me dont start removing it yourself before taking these steps it could be just hormonal

50+ to lose I walk or bike ride daily usually 1-2hrs broken up if its 2hrs..I dont take a rest day because I dont figure it as a hard workout just a casual one to get my heart going.

I would have managed a spinach salad for those calories or just about that with a lite dressing

chicken or turkey salad with walnuts, dried cranberries ,light mayo, croutons, celery. you would have to take som triscuits in a baggie...also you could do the Panera Hummus and Spinach with tomato, cucumber and a lemon on top to squeeze over it

I can relate being hypo myself but I can tell you that you probably need to add more cardio I had to workout like 1.5 to 2hrs daily it doesnt have to hardcore just walking or riding a bike...and my cals were 1200-1400 and no eating back workout cals ..but thats from my experience. Re-check your meds/levels like every 3mths.

I used to eat during the night...try having a yogurt and grapes before bed..helped me I think because both are very filling.

I'm sure plenty of women have lost weight on 1600 cals but there are a ton of other things to factor in. How active is their lifestyle? What are they eating on the 1600? Water Consumption? and various other things..I think perhaps you should decide if MFP is how you want to lose the weight and then get all the tools needed…

I do agree about the HRM and its superb advice if the person is only going by MFP calculations and eating back the workout calories ..measuring and using a HRM are almost essential to doing MFP properly..it would be like riding a bike without wheels otherwise.

I honestly dont know because I love fried chicken and biscuits w/ rice and beans as much as I love brownies and vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce....I want them both same day one after the other LMAO Im just a greedy big eater.

Good Ole Fashioned Raisin Bran with Whole Milk...have glass of grape juice after about 4oz swig it down and head for a 30min brisk walk and then back home......you dont need nothing fancy if ya do then you need to see a Doctor.

I was type 2....and I do have Hypo....Im no longer Type 2 because I watched my carbs and got my Aic under control it took about 1 yr and has been under control for about 3+yrs now...as far as the hypo it really doesnt hinder weight loss so much it makes it hard yes but it isnt impossible you just have to work at it I guess…

Honestly it could be the "few cheat days" setting you back and the lack of gym days....Im not knocking you its all great what your doing but maybe the increase in activity will help you..keep pushing along and less cheat days I think maybe do only 1 cheat day per month....less rewards related to food....and increase your…
