oh my gosh, i feel like EVERYTIME i start up my diet again i get sick and feel like ****.

not saying mfp is right but depending on your weight you do burn different amounts of calories. someones whos 300lbs and runs for 30 mins usually burns more than someone whos 120lbs who runs for 30 mins. if your bigger your heart rate raises faster than when you're smaller.

biking really helps. you burn a ton of calories and still get your workout.

totally normal. (: a friend of mine's cousin lost like 20-30lbs by just not drinking pop and eating healthier. it's crazy how the body works.
