I second this! :) You CAN cook pork tenderloin to a pulled pork state...it is a little stringier, but still very good. For faster results, you can chop of the pork into "steaks", add onions, a little water, half bottle of your favourite sauce, and make sure to marinate the pork as it is soooo lean-a real good rub will help!
