Okay...Men vs Women.

What ''typical'' thing do you do as a man/woman and what do you do that breaks the mold?



Typical : If it's comfy, I wear it. I care if it's fashionable and not too concerned if it looks good, I care if it's comfortable.

Break the Mold : I do almost 100% of the housework. I cook all the meals, do all the laundry, do all the dishes, and pick up the house when it's needed.

    Typical: I do all the housework, cooking, grocery shopping, budgeting.

    Break the mold: I enjoy watching sports, prefer live action, but on TV is OK too. I may not know all the rules but I have been known to scream profanities in hopes of turning my team around.

    Typical: I perform the housework which includes hanging shelves, mounting TV's, assembling furniture, etc.

    Break the mold: I fill the dishwasher, empty the dishwasher, sweep, vacuum, mop, laundry, etc.

    TYPICAL: I can't 'bake' for squat, but I'm a badass on the grill. Hell, I move the grill into the garage so I can use it during a snowstorm if we're in the mood.

    BREAK THE MOLD: I like to turn the lights low, get some candles going and have a couple glasses of wine while listening to soft music......helps me relax, but I know its one of my 'fem' tendencies (just ask my fiancee.....she'll tell you) LOL

    TYPICAL: Blue jeans, long sleeve button-down, steel toed boots and a hardhat ..... .I left my office job to go back to this kind of work. I love the type of people I work with, real "mens' men" so to speak. The kind of guys you aren't "in" with until they start throwing insults your way and you theirs. (They're also the type that would die in your place trying to save you from danger).

    BREAK THE MOLD: I get choked up watching kids cry, or a great triumph at the olympics, or extreme acts of kindness (this is why I never watch that kind of stuff around other people.....they don't need to know I'm not a hardass!)

    TYPICAL: I'm a huge college football and college wrestling fan (Go Hawkeyes)

    BREAK THE MOLD: My fiancee has me addicted to watching The Voice, The X Factor and American Idol

    Typical: I love shopping and can never have enough shoes.

    Break the mold: I can hang drywall, install ceiling fixtures, install flooring and pretty much handle any kind of carpentry work.

    Breaks the mold: i do 90% of the cooking, 50% of the cleaning(i love serving my wife) at least once a week when we are home together if she takes a bath i will wash her feet by candle light, if she takes a shower i put her towel in the dryer so it's warm when she gets out, wrap her in it and carry her to the bed (king size) and then rub her down in babyoil (by candle light) and then do whatever she wants. i also do not watch a lot of sports or sportscenter (i would rather play them)
