It's hard to say! I never know what I'm suppose to weigh either and I'm 20 as well, height is 5'2 (sorry I figured it was close enough to 5'0). I weight 131 right now and everyone tells me oh that's a healthy weight but I know that in high school I weighed 118 and I looked great and still had plenty of curves to go around.…

we have almost all of the same goals! i'm 5'3 20 years old in college 131lbs and looking to get to 120! I did the insanity work out over the summer and I just bought jillian michaels, AND i'm at 1200 calories as well. add me ! hopefully we can help eachother

I'm interested! I was doing so well losing about a 1-1.5 lbs a week now I'm not really losing anything (my own fault). This would be a good morale boost!

As much as caffeine can help a work out, I also quit caffeine about a year ago and it's really hard to start it again once your body isn't used to it anymore. Since I haven't had almost ANY in a year, when I accidentally drank a coke zero assuming it was caffeine free, I got horribly anxious and jittery. could just be how…

my absolute favorite song to listen to when I work out is 'Midnight City' by M83 not only is it upbeat and powerful to work out to, but it's also featured on the victoria's secret commercial.. it's embarrassing to admit this makes me feel like I'm part of the commercial looking all hot and confident haha!

Swimming and water aerobics definitely. Anything in the pool really.. low impact and great stress relievers. Plus you cant feel the sweat!
