definitly been there w/the samoas. add in a whole Entenmanns Chocolate frosted cake in a day entenmanns deluxe (super huge) cinnamon buns (oh so gooey!) of course the large pizza, don't forget the pepperoni w/2 16 oz pepsi....gone in a matter of hours and my addiction to the freakin' drive thru..........darn double…

Wow, that's amazing! I'd love to try this, it seems hard regarding dropping off the bars (love them!) and multi grain bread, but I'm going to give it a whirl just so I can feel the difference of really eating clean. Thanks for sharing. :wink:

Wow! You're getting some cool tips, I think I'll use some ideas too. I find a little protein (mainly egg whites) and a good portion of oatmeal really keep me satisfied until lunch. The ideas about boiled eggs are helpful, and it doesn't take too long to make your own oatmeal at home, maybe you can put it in a plastic…

I totally agree that the postings should be positive and there should be no personal attacks and so on. I recently re-joined about 3 wks ago and loved the positive vibe, until this week, I was blown away by the negativity, it kind of through me for a loop b/c up until then, everything was so positive. Who needs that stuff…

You can do this! Just get up & get out! Don't sit on the couch anymore, like Gigi said, get outside and start using those legs. Start slow and set mini-goals for yourself. Egg whites w/your choice of veggies are fantastic. I use butter flavored pam, 4 egg whites with chopped fresh spinach and mushrooms (as much as you'd like). Sometimes I use 2% shredded cheese, or 1 tbsp salsa, and alwyas 2 slices of multi-grain toast. I find when I eat this for breakfast it keeps me satisfied. Good luck!!
