I got check out by a NORMAL looking man!

Holy crap!:noway: :wink:

This morning I had to put on an ALL white jogging suit because I have run out of clothes that fit. This was the only thing that was clean and that didn't hang off of me.....(I bought it 6-7 years ago when I was a normal weight) And the fact that it is all white and still looked decent enough to wear in public was a pretty good feeling! (Ladies, I'm sure you know what I mean about "white" clothes...they show EVERY dimple, roll, or bulge.)

I walked my daughter to school and on the way back I noticed a guy driving down the street, he was staring. (It was a stare I haven't seen in so long! Not a creepy stare or a "eeeew, look at that cow" stare, it was a stare that said, "Heeeeey baaaaaby!")

He was normal looking (I know that doesn't mean much, but if you could see some of the guys who have hit on me while I was "Larger" you would get it) He was also pretty cute, like if I hadn't been so shocked and paranoid I might have smiled back instead of staring back like a dear in the headlights.:laugh:

Anyway, I don't feel like weighing in this week now. Why focus on the number to know if I'm making it? Clearly, I'm doing something right!

DISCLAIMER: No man or woman can make or break my success. I'm taking care of my body for me and no one else, but it does feel nice to be noticed every now and again, ya know? The last time I was flattered in this way was about 6 years ago when I took my bfs nephew to a Pistons game. A group of teens called me a MILF, :laugh:

    nice!!! I know how you feel about being hit on by "normal" guys. I am 26 and I always get hit on by the middle aged group. And to make it worse when I tell the husband about getting hit on he says, "oh they were just being friendly". I'm like great, I am getting pity flirts from older guys no less! Anyway, I bet you felt good. I have had a few of those moments recently. The best one was a few weeks ago at the gas station, the guy thought I was 20 years old! :happy: He worked there and he came up to me as I was pumping gas and said, "what's a sweet, pretty little 20-year old thing like you doing today?". I was in such shock that he said "little" and "20-year old" in the same sentence and refering to me, that it took me a while to respond! :blushing: So congrats! I hope you have many more "check outs" to come!!! :drinker:

    On a related note, I have now reached "Normal", and can flirt with women and not have them recoil in horror. I thought I was the same guy now as I was then, just smaller - now I have learned that that is in fact not the case. Interesting.

    Glad he didn't stare crudely or make a snap judgment on some minor characteristic, that would be uncool.

    Whooo! I bet that felt amazing! The last time I was hit on I was about 6 months pregnant standing in line at CVS and this weird dude, old enough to be my father, was all,"Heeeey. How are you doing today? :wink:" and then when I left he made it a special point to say goodbye. It was super weird. And before then.... I can't even remember! Here's to not attracting weirdos!

    For the most part when I was getting hit on, it was by guys, big and small, who had some nasty thick chick fettish. They were so disgusting! Never even a "Hello pretty lady" type of corny line, but more like "Mmmmmmmmmpf, damn girl, you got a big A**? Lemme get your number so we can be friends......." And the looks in their eyes wasn't flattering, but made me feel so dirty.:sick:

    I don't mind if guys flirt, but DANG! Do girls ever respond to that kind of repulsiveness? Nevermind, lol, I don't want to know.....

    My hubby loves thick women. lol He's not nasty about it though. He just feels curvy women are sexy, but he also supports me in losing weight cause he knows I'll be happy, and I have proof my girls will stay mostly the same size. :laugh:

    hahahah I am soooo with you on that. The other day I had a "normal" looking guy stare at my chest and of course the guy friend I am with points it out. Well if he didn't point it out I wouldn't have noticed.
