  • Try the low fat apple bran muffins found at AllRecipes.com. They are very good and curb that hunger. Use half wheat flour, you can up the brown sugar just a little, use the whole apple diced and add cinnamon. 85 cal, under 1 gr fat
  • Good for you. Just watch your elbow and knee joints. If I want a relaxing overall stretch I don't use weights. But if I want to kick it up, I put on a 30 lb weight vest, 5 lb hand weights and 4 lb ankle weights. Use them all the way through, even the jumping jacks. I often burn over 700 calories that way.

  • From my tracking ab workouts with a HRM, not many calories.
  • At beachbody.com you can buy individual dvd for a program, cause they do go bad. Just have to search for the link there. I ened up calling the number and they mailed one.
  • We log it in as a cardio workout as we push it to keep heart rate up even using weights. But to do that you have to track it with a heart rate monitor during the workout, then create each of the workouts in your exercises.

  • Just take the workout sheets with you and do them as they read. Then plyo, kenpo, yoga, do it at home. It is a good workout IF you push yourself. I can keep my heart rate up doing it and generally burn over 500 calories even with weight routines.
  • Depends on what you want from weight lifting. Just toned? Some definition? Good definition? Each of those requires different weight and rep requirements.
