I just wrecked a KenpoX Routine with a Heavy Bag, 14oz Gloves, and 6lb Ankle weights. I feel Amazing.


HRM says 1034 Calories.

    that's a great idea...doing it with weights. I find kenpo x quite easy and not challenging at all. I burn only about 600 calories..and I burn more than that with Billy Blanks Tae bo!!!!

    Awesome! I've been doing Kenpo with 1.1 kg wrist weights and 1 kg ankle weights. Definitely upped the intensity for me.

    I need to get off the indoor rower, you guys seem to be having so much fun and burning WAY more cals than I do!

    Good for you.
    Just watch your elbow and knee joints.
    If I want a relaxing overall stretch I don't use weights.
    But if I want to kick it up, I put on a 30 lb weight vest, 5 lb hand weights and 4 lb ankle weights.
    Use them all the way through, even the jumping jacks.
    I often burn over 700 calories that way.
