anyone tried P90X's yoga video??

I'm interested to give it a try. Is there more than one workout on the DVD? Know where I can purchase the DVD without purchasing the entire system? Thanks!

    The yoga only has the one workout on it but it is amazing. It is about 95 minutes and it is a good workout. I would recommend it highly. Look on Ebay, a lot of the time people sell just 1 or 2 of the discs they don't use.

    P90X is a programme involving 11? or 13? DVDs of which the yoga is only one. I don't know if you can actually buy the hour and a half yoga one separately.

    If you just want the one then you need to go to Ebay for YogaX, With that said, there is also 2 Yoga videos in the One on One series with Tony Horton which are also good and shorter than the standard P90X Yoga X. You can buy then straight from them if you want.

    All 3 are good for different reasons

    At beachbody.com you can buy individual dvd for a program, cause they do go bad.
    Just have to search for the link there. I ened up calling the number and they mailed one.
