I've been enjoying the 30 minute boosted (favorite) walk and 5k with a twist recently.

I’ve been into salads for lunch recently as well here is one... Lettuce, avocado, hard boiled egg, bacon, sunflower seeds, cucumber, onions, whatever cheese on hand. I use Ken’s lite Northern Italian dressing (45 cal for 2T).

YES to Leslie Sansone walking videos free on YouTube. I have 3 young kids, one with special needs and I can start them, sometimes one or more of my kids do it with me for a short period. I can take breaks, pause, etc. plus there are so many different once to choose (15 minutes, 3 miles, boost, fast, etc.). I did a…

I love her workouts! I've also been doing them a few times a week recently. Again, I'd go low impact.

I've been enjoying the Leslie Sansome "Walk at Home" from youtube as well as "Body Project". No equipment needed for either and both on Youtube.

My jogging capris have a side pocket that my phone fits into fine and I put my one key in the hidden pocket on my capri pants waistband. OR if it's a little cooler outside I wear a light zip up jacket with pockets that also zip and put my phone/key in there.

After each of my c-sections I focused on logging food (taking into account extra calories needed if you are breastfeeding) and walking. I then added in squats and arm workouts and slow jog. I avoided focused ab work until I dropped most of my extra tummy weight (maybe 4 months post delivery) and it was more comfortable. If…

Another vote for Wendy's small chili with a plain baked potato. I sometimes add the chili to the potato and eat them together.

Is she in the US? If so, she should read about the FFCRA. If her employer meets the guidelines set in it, they must pay her while she self-quarantines (employer receives the money back from the government). https://www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/pandemic/ffcra-employer-paid-leave

I work 1 mile from my house and it's amazing! Honestly it is why I took the job. :D I'm a single mom and am able to attend school events easily, be with my kids more after school and I have less stress due to the lack of commute.

I personally love North and South Carolina. Maybe TN for the Great Smoky Mountains?

Deli meat for easy rollups with a tortilla, cheese, lettuce (if you like that veggie) and some sauce if needed. Or a sandwich would work for lunch. You can use an insulated lunch box. How about Greek yogurt? Popcorn divided out in individual servings would work. For breakfast during the week I typically just have a protein…

Tell him very clearly to stop commenting on your body and it is inappropriate. If he continues then document date/time/place/incident and report to HR. It is harder for HR to handle if it happens off site, however they should be aware of his actions as it is harassment.

Not new, but I'm really enjoying Chobani Coconut Greek yogurt. If you like coconut flakes then you'll love this as there are a ton throughout the yogurt.

I'll have to look into this. My kids and I love oranges and get different variety often, but never a sumo orange. Thanks for the tip!

When I graduated college and got my first "big girl job" at 21. Came with a salary and benefits. My parents told me congrats and my dad let me know I'm off his company health insurance plan at the end of the month. Thanks dad :D

I'm a single mom to 3 kids and work full-time. I try and cook two dinners during the week and we eat leftovers the other nights. Usually those two dinners are tacos and then something from the crockpot (roast, chili, chicken noodle soup). We also have breakfast for dinner one night. I have a treadmill at home so try and…
