Gotta say the Packers vs 49ers game wasn't very interesting to watch. I was hoping for a closer game, but congrats to the 49ers. I'm looking forward to the Superbowl as the Chiefs are in it. :smile:

If you have the calories left that day, enjoy the munchies (just weigh and log them). If you do not then keep your mind/hands busy. I usually organize a room, clean a closet, read a book, paint my nails. For me, I enjoy my nighttime snack and save at least 200 calories for it.

Wanted to add if you are exercising you should be eating those burned calories back, at least half. MFP is setup with a calorie goal if you do not exercise (just normal daily living based on your activity level). Like others have posted, I bet you aren't getting enough water and/or protein. YES! I was running 10k's easily a year go, then life got busy and I went though a minor medical issue and didn't exercise. I put back on the weight, and just last week I started jogging/walking again. I'm taking it slow as to not injure myself. I'll send you a friend request. :smile:
