Cant see any reason why you wont lose....lots of fruits and veggies.I just started the weights.But for the past year all I have done is treadmill walking.For me its all about what I eat.I dont go near the scale anymore...

I am well under 1200 many days.Never went into the "starvation" mode.At least I dont think I have.I actually lose more and feel better the lower my net is.I am not sure I buy the whole 1200 thing....If your doing Insanity you must be burning more than 450 calories.I burn more than that on the treadmill in 40 min....

BMR is the amount of calories your body burns in a day doing absolutely nothing....its said keep your intake 500 below that and you lose 1 lb a week.100 below and lose 2 lbs a week....but try and never go below 1200....stuff confuses me too.but i kinda have it figured out,I think :-) Not sure what this tdee stuff is

I always check the package first....generally MFP is right.If not I just edit it and do the correction
