It's 80% diet 20% exercise. Go for diet but try to start exercising at least mildly like taking short walks.

I usually get a footlong oven roasted turkey on wheat with no cheese and a lot of veggies. I eat 6 in. for dinner and save the rest for lunch the next day.

I think that dieting is definitely easier than working out. You don't need as much motivation and I think it takes less effort. Also, it can be really hard to work out if you never get time alone or you have injuries. You will still lose weight just by dieting, but you won't get as toned as you would if you worked out.…

Pretty much the same. I'm kind of an introvert and would rather be left alone a lot of the time, especially when I'm working out.

I started eating a lot of smaller meals throughout the day rather than just a few big meals. I also started exercising more.
