Currently single but I have weighed significantly more than the guys in my 3 major relationships. What can I say...I like the tall skinny dudes! They tend to weigh 10-12 stones and I'm more like 13...but I'm short so I always tend to look smaller when we're walking around together still.

My secret is pretty simple! More fibre, more water, less carbs. My body just seems to respond better to a diet when I implement these things along with some exercise. I definitely don't punish myself if I have the odd treat though, not at all. No point changing your habits drastically as you won't be able to maintain your…

I love Christina Hendricks' curvy figure, however I would have to get implants to have boobs like that (which I wouldn't do)!
-
3 or 4 but you look great in all of them

You can get some fairly low calorie chutneys at the supermarket - just just have to shop around because like you say, some can be packed with salt and sugar as well. Other than that I'm a pretty boring salt/pepper/vinegar girl, and most of the time I don't use any of these unless it's in something I've made from scratch.

I have two gorgeous Basset Hounds :) Here are my babies Rhea (female aged 8 English Basset) and Rury (male, aged 3, American/Scottish Basset)

3-6 times a day depending on if I need snacks.

You're fairly close to me (Age 23, SW 192, CW 185, GW 152 or less)...so I'll add you :)
-
Well I'm only 5ft 4, currently 185 (SW 192) and goal weight 152 - that's personally what I'm comfortable at cause I'm heavy set anyway! I'll add you as we're fairly similar even if we're not twins! I'm 23.

I'm 23 from the UK feel free to add!

You look sensational! You must be very happy.

I tend to track anything 30 minutes or more...or if it's more intense exercise such as running instead of walking, I'll always track it. I lead a fairly sedentary lifestyle on the whole so I find tracking activity helps motivate me to keep turning it up a notch as my fitness gradually improves. Whatever you find more…

Wow, interesting! An ex boyfriend of mine went off to train in something similar. Is it going to be funeral based or more medical based?

I've just gotten a new job working at a Solicitors (Lawyers) office doing Accounting and Finance. Hopefully I'll settle in quickly cause it's a nice small team. Hoping the routine will help my weightloss as well as I've been out of work for a couple of months. My ideal job though would be working with…

Hahah love it!

I find 1200 fine for me. I'm not massively active but when I do take into account my exercise calories I almost always eat them back. I find the only time I'm shocked by how little I'm eating is when I've had a lot of bad snacks that day...if plan my day ahead of time, I have no trouble.
-
I am also tracking very honestly these days. Good luck to you!

I bet my boobs only weigh a couple of pounds each...they're pretty average-sized.
-
I just love a classic, thin based margharita...preferably with thick tomato sauce underneath. Mmm...I want one now!

Been to America (but I want to, Kerouac-style).
-
I'm trying to stay under on everything, especially carbs, cause I eat wayyyy too many carbs. I try and make sure I get enough protein and fibre cause I tend to just eat crap but not much of it, which is almost as unhealthy as eating crap and loads of it!

Processed type veggie burgers are a bit horrible yes...and often still a bit greasy. Here's a healthier and much tastier option: Feta cheese and fresh veggie burger. The feta cheese holds all of the veggies together (personally I use peppers, red onions, carrot, garlic, mushrooms if you you like but I don't, good…

A new wardrobe, because hopefully by then, I'll have a new job!
-
I've always been on the heavier side...I am heavily built for a girl - naturally high ratio of muscle and bone. However, I have been at a healthy weight and size before, and it was when I was at my most active. I would walk for an hour a day and go to twice-weekly dance lessons, I also ate set meals instead of snacking. At…

My GP (doctor) once said to me...'stop eating cream cakes' and I said 'I don't eat cream cakes'. I must have had a very confused face because this woman was BIGGER THAN ME! Needless to say, I was 17 at this point with very low self-esteem and I never went back to her!

Fat free yoghurts, fruit (apples are pretty low), carrot and celery sticks with very low fat houmous dip, low fat cereal/snack bars, baked crisps such as Walkers French Fries or Quavers are very low, like 80 or 90 cals per bag...I also drink lots of water and skimmed milk.
