Brilliant! You worked hard as I have said and deserve to be extremely proud of your success in achieving your goals, in the past and present.....I have no doubt you will reach your ultimate weight loss goal in the not so distant future! Well done!

Alcohol has calories so you have to calculate your drinks in your intake but a drink here or there is fine, I see lots of others having a drink when they choose. I very rarely do because I'd much rather eat than have a drink

Oh I know how tricky it can be fitting a new person into your chosen 'lifestyle'......I used to have a similar dilemma when visiting my now partner of four years. Luckily for me he is an active person too. He was/is although NOT a morning person so my early morning walks were always taken alone. I would disappear for a…

Sean, smile at your girl the way you are in the last photo in your collection and she would have to have a heart of stone for it not to melt!!! You are so handsome and have done so well.....be proud of yourself and stand tall

It is very true that the fluid your body needs can come from other sources other than water. As long as you do have enough going in to keep the colour of your urine pale then you'll be fine. Tea, coffee to some extent, milk, soups, fruits with high water content are all good!!!!

Just Beautiful  That girl has NO idea LOL!

Isn't it funny how our goals change.....I went and bought a couple of new bras the other day, got 16C off the rack. I used to have to buy BIG bras that never really fitted and cost lots :grumble: .....but the silly thing is I now realize I actually should have bought size 14C!!!! The new ones are a bit loose around my…

Yep me as well....I have lost weight so I imagine you will too

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH ALL THE ABOVE POSTERS.....there are many reasons for the symptoms you have experienced but you must get to a doctor...they will check pulse, blood pressure, bgl's etc. Without these tests you can not know if it is extremely serious or not!!!!! Please go ASAP!!!!!
-
I agree with most posters...I am finding it REALLY good. The sleep analysis is making me think though. I knew I had a bad pattern but oh boy.....I'll have to work on it some! AND the best is I was actually underestimating my daily activity and now using the correct figures I have MFP synced an I have started losing weight…

Totally agree, I went for both and they both arrived the same day  Love the fitbit cause I am seeing my everyday activity calorie burn...I actually had underestimated what I usually do...which means I can eat more  And the HRM is excellent to see my exercise calorie burn too.
-
Great work Jeannie  I've been getting some really great results with CurvesSmart but have been questioned with regard to the accuracy of the calorie burn estimate. I am told by my gym owner that this is based on my strength output throughout each workout. Do you know how close to a HRM reading these results…

I'm the same as Brooke. I use the Equal for Baking and I have used the Splenda for Baking too which is fine. I'm using Hermesetas minis at the moment in tea and coffee. I tried the Stevia but didn't like it either. All the cancer warnings are a worry but in our world there are health risks everywhere you turn so I make the…

I am about to turn 52 and have the same thing....I drink lots of water but still have quite dry skin these days and as I've lost weight I have certainly developed a lot more 'age' related wrinkles and dryness. I actually have had someone say "....you look great oh except for your face...." What is that about? I'm not sure…
