I have taken a class before and signed up for another. I guess I’m just looking to implement it more on my own so that I can it outside of my class.

I have hypothyroidism and when I got on meds I lost fast and was so excited to not be sleeping in any spare time! I am about 10+ years older now and just have a hard time keeping it off. I am determined now to do it. I apologize I am not sure about the other but we can do this!

I use to do that but it wasn't realist from my lifestyle. I have stopped eating fruits after 2:00pm, there is a lot of sugar in fruit. I am also trying to cut back on carbs at night. But if my cravings are that strong I end up giving in.

I tried this before and I am trying again. The mistake I made the first time is I ran too fast when I started out so I never got past the 3 min, my calves would burn so bad. Well I know that this will make your calorie counter go down but you can always have milk when you eat or when you are having a bigger meal. Milk if filling for me so might help you get that feeling with a glass of milk instead of the other half of your meal.
