Yoga & HIIT

Options
I love yoga but it has been a long time. 2018 I am looking to get this back in my workout routine as well as HIIT workouts. I really don’t know much about HIIT.

Looking for some Yoga & HIIT pointers & friends!

Why choose HIIT if you don't know much about it?

There's a very good chance (true) HIIT is inappropriate for you as really it's a specialised protocol suitable for limited circumstances and abilities.

It's better to start from setting goals then recognising your capabilities and then choosing the exercise to get you there.

I have taken a class before and signed up for another. I guess I’m just looking to implement it more on my own so that I can it outside of my class.

I follow Millionaire Hoy on youtube. He has a LOT of HIIT workouts that aren't boring, and offers modifications if the move is too intense.

Jillian michaels 30 day shred is a good way to start HIIT. It’s easy and simple for beginners, but effective enough to get you sweating if you decide not to modify the moves! Definitely recommend!

Yes! He has one "20 minute hotel room HIIT" that you can do without equipment in a little strip of room if that's all you have, that gives a great workout.
