Okay! I'll post again in a few days. I totally understand why you left that group. Some of the people are just mean. The moderator made me cry one day. I mean jeez, we are asking questions because we don't know and need advice! I would leave too, but I can't figure out how to get on the yahoo group.

I think that almond flour and cheese upsets my body, but I've been able to eat almond butter recipes. It is kind of horrifying when I put the recipe in myfitnesspal and see how many calories a brownie or cookie has. Ugh. Oh well. I'm not focusing on calories at the moment. Just trying to figure out what I can actually eat.…

Hello! I just finished my second workout of 1A. It was so hard for me today! I couldn't do as many push ups as the first time and I really struggled with the squats at the same weight (20 lbs). So I did my first workout on Thursday (yay!). I really liked it and had my brother there to help me with form and stuff. I was sore yesterday, but today I am REALLY REALLY REALLY sore! Wow! Finished Level 2, Day 5. I like level 2 so much more than level 1. I also felt so much stronger today!! I moved up to 8 lbs. weights for many of the exercises. :)

Alright- I took the plunge and did week two. I actually really liked it!! It was so nice to change things up. Woohoo! Still can't do a regular push up but I'm working on it. Keep it up ladies!!

Alright- I finished Day 6 Level one today. I agree that I am quickly loosing steam. I am also frightened of moving to level two. I still can't even do a real push up! I kinda want to alternate level one and two this week and see how that goes. I want to be better at level one... I WANT TO DO A REAL PUSH UP DANGIT!! ;)

I've only done week one, but there isn't too much jumping. I can think of two of the cardio moves, so you may have two minutes of jumping around. There is some running in place type of stuff too though. Good luck!

Finished Day 4! I'm getting a little better! Still can't do a real push up though and the running man nearly kills me. ha! ;)

Ouch ouch ouch! My legs hurt so bad today it hurt to go from standing to sitting. And walk. I am going to use my day of rest today. I am proud of all of you who could do it consecutively in the beginning. I think my muscles might rip apart if I try today (is that even possible?). Back on tomorrow though! Go team!!

I just finished Day 1! I made my husband do it with me and we both took before picts (yuck!). He's being a good sport about it. :) Even my 3 year old son had jars of spices for weights and joined us for a little of it. Then he started running between my legs and had to be removed from the room. ha!
