I love the taste of truvia, I am not entirely sold on it being "healthy" but I can't bring myself to stop using it! To me stevia has a strange aftertaste.

Just look at it this way: can 1 good day of eating make you magically healthy and skinny? Of course not! (I wish it were that easy...) Everyone has bad days sometimes. Just keep on track, and remember that 1 lb of weight is 3500 calories so it takes time both to lose it AND to gain it! One day won't make or break you!

Reading this thread is funny because so much of the food everyone is listing is delicious, in my opinion! My only contribution is cottage cheese. I'm not a picky eater at all but I just can't eat the stuff.

I eat more "real food" like fruits and veggies, whole wheat grains, and organic almond butter. I also pay better attention to portion sizes and I don't eat when I'm not hungry!
