  • I just started crossfit but I wear my Body Media Fit so I don't have to look up what calories I burn during. The only time I really see a significant calorie burn while doing crossfit is when running is included in our class. I also walk the nights I don't go to crossfit, or if it is a class that has more lifting involved…

  • Thank you all for the input :smile: I know when I started doing zumba the burn count I figured out when I googled a zumba burn calculator, because MFP didn't offer zumba as a cardio exercise. MFP now has it in the exercise area, but my burn is roughly 570 and my friend who used the zumba fitness from MFP has her burning…

  • my asking if it works was not the wording i should have used...I have lost 32 pounds doing it with just tracking my calories, and putting in what MFP tells me for my zumba works out and walking calorie burn. I guess what i wanted to know is it more accurate with your burn than MFP?
  • i have zumba core for xbox kinect and love it!!! I have even moved up to doing 2 hrs a night 2x a week. Plus i do an hour 2 other nights a week. I have definitely seen results from this workout :smile:
  • i do Zumba Core at home on the x-box kinect...LOVE IT!!! I even leave the curtains open for everyone driving by to see how silly i look...i'm proud that i'm up moving and not on the couch eating a huge bowl of ice cream any more!!!
  • use to wear a size 18, my first goal pants were a 14 that i bought and couldn't get them up over my butt or gut...i finally fit into them with a big muffin top hanging over, since then i have been able to wear them, freshly washed and dried, no need to do squats to stretch them out so my muffin top wouldn't be spilling out…

  • That is fantastic...you flex all you want it is well deserved!!! my first NSV for myself was...I wore a dress last year and every time i walked my belly would jiggle and wiggle :sad: this year when i wore it for the first time...NO WIGGLY JIGGLY :bigsmile:
