  • OMG! These did not make me cringe, however, everyone around me at work is wondering what in the world I am laughing about because it took me from a snicker to a roar in less than 30 sec. Especially when I imagine these individuals (you say they weigh at least 100 lbs. more than you) giving you advice. Don't cringe, you…
  • And the group says.................AMEN
  • Awesome testimony.
  • Great job, there is a notable difference. Keep up the hard work, the dress is cute as well.
  • What an awesome testimony. It is amazing what can happen when we put our minds to it. Keep up the great work.
  • Lol!! No, we won't let you be one of those kini wearing momma's. But, you know since you will be in another state and not too many people will know you and..............Naw, you better get busy shredding. You have a few months left.

  • Is that Memorial Day weekend 2012 or 2013? Actually, either one still allows for a four day trip in 2013. That is one of my favorite shopping places and I really can't wait to get back there.
  • If support and motivation are what you are looking for, you have come to right place. Making this journey with likeminded people make it so much easier than going it alone. Be encouraged.

  • You are shooting for my magic number so, please feel free to add me as this journey is a lot easier with like minded individuals.
  • Awesome analogy.
  • Awesome job! I too look forward to leaving the 200 club behind. Thanks for the inspiration you look great!
  • You know my first question would be why do you eat breakfast so late? You might want to try putting yourself on a schedule. For instance, if you get to work at 8, set your alarm to eat no later than 8:30 or make time before you leave to have a bowl of cereal or something before you leave the house. That way, you will be…
  • Oh my goodness, thanks for the incentive. My starting weight was 8 lbs. more than you and I never dreampt of taking off 100 but heck after checking this out. I have a new goal! Thank you so much.
  • You know, I missed this post but as I told you on Sunday, its already done! When you see it on the scale just take the time to relish in it as you have truly deserved it. Matter of fact, I think you may owe yourself another pair of jeans.
  • Let me in! Current: 214 Memorial Day Goal : 198 Ultimate Goal: 160
  • And Krista, I look forward to you proudly wearing your T-shirt on Casual Sunday in May. I love it, that may be our new moto......"HOW FAR CAN I GO?" The fact that we are dreaming about places we have never been or haven't been in 20 years says so much about how different this journe is. Guy's we are going to do this,…
  • Oh my goodness!! Is that not an awesome experience? I just love the way God winks at us when we least expect it. Just to let you know He's got this under control. You stay on the journey and He will continue to reward you with a pound here and an inch there. I'm proud of you.
  • Good afternoon my sistah, I am praying that the Chocolate Demon be lifted from you and that your walking shoes start calling your name. Tell yourself you cannot have any chocolate until you have made at least three (3) trips to the mailbox and back. That way even if its raining your exposure will be minimal. Just thought,…
  • Thank you for putting this out, as I thought about it on my way home last night. This week, I am asking for prayer that I will successfully take the reigns on this Sunday and prepare at least two vegetables, a salad and two meats to carry me and the hubby through next week. I'll know by Sunday evening whether you prayed or…
  • First of all my friend, I say..........congrats on the loss so far, I totally believe that by your "Big" day you will already have experienced a "BIG" day. I am so blessed to be walking this journey with you. The fact that you have stayed on this journey as long as you have, is in itself a testimony that the race is not…
