Welcome one of my frustrations is the lack of response for some thing search function is your friend. I enjoy searching and reading alot on the message boards you can find alot of useful information. Other than that I've never really had any responses from posts in the past maybe you will have luck.

Yea I agree with you hospital told me 130 another Dr told me 150 my Dr said 180 for my shape mass and build so like Brian said I'm gonna base it on how I feel I set mini goals 20 lbs at a time just hit 217 your body will tell you. Good luck:-)

Well as a recent woman who has had a heart attack I worried about the sodium intake as well doc says he's not worried about that just the fat intake so I wouldn't worry too much about it either.

I tried jm 30ds today I hated it. M in love with the beachbdy one Hip Hop ABS I love how he is and the dance of it trying to find something similar I keep looking up Turbo jam but still unsure. Any suggestions?

Well I've owned hip hop ABS for years just opened it and fell in love I did it 3 times and sore but if u like to dance it works for me the trainer is Shaun t and he's great.

i work out at home find different places I can walk or bike at just dug out an old DVD I never opened hip hop ABS fell in love that I did it 3 times now sore lol. Have several wii games.

Ill say this a million times, the only way to truely know what you are burning is to invest in a HRM. Best money i every could have spent for myself. Even the machines at the gym are high....Buy one it will make a huge difference..

I agree with all of you ladies i was on the same routine for 3 months got so burned out and hit the plateau then took a break for bout 3 weeks and boy did it cost me. So this past week ive taken body step class, spin class, and a body combat class and i feel great. Its always better to switch it up it is true your body…

i would say your weekends could be the problem. I allow myself a cheat meal but not the whole weekend. Try to tame it this weekend and see what happens...Make sure you drink your water and be careful what you eat and exercise be honest with yourself try it for one week and see what happens. good luck!

I would say if you are relying on the calories from the machines at the gym that might be your problem, they are way off. Invest in an HRM has been the best investment i have ever bought. That might make a huge difference. Good luck..

Honey it's not a diet. It's your health. You dont wanna end up with all the bad things that come from the extra weight. Its a lifestyl change. We all have bad days, dont dwell on them tomorrow is a new day. :flowerforyou:

I agree with most. I love my spin class. Nobody is in there worrying about others. My first experience in there i was nervous too but felt great after the class especially when 2 young fit girls walked out of the class half way through.
