Looking for people in or around my area that would like to get together for walks, runs or work outs.
Just curious if any of you have used it and what your thoughts might be. I just discovered it recently and have decided it's my new best friend. I burn insane calories on it and have decided the elliptical is the back up choice. Just wondering anyone elses oppinion on it. Thanks!
I had a friend talk me into this and will be going this afternoon. Has anyone ever had one done and if so what is your thoughts on it? Any info is appreciated.
I've heard that not drinking besides leading to dehyrdation can lead to others things. Such as constipation and not being able to lose weight. This is my dilema i could go all day and not drink anything either water or anything. Does anyone have any truth behind this? I value any information given. Thanks!

Ok im not completely dumb but a lil confused about the difference between calories and net calories.
Just have to say i used my Polar F6 today and i am soooooooo glad i bought this. The calories on the machines at they gym are far from being accurate. When i saw the numbers tonight it pushed me even harder and i actually spent an hour on the elliptical. So any that ask the question are they worth it? HELL YEA best…
Just wanted to say i stumbled across this site today and so far its the best ive seen. today i have started logging and am loving it. So just wanted to say im ready for the long ride and making myself healthy ...
