Thank you all!! Def didn't get a six pack but I wasn't expecting that. I do see a notable difference and I'm on my way to a flatter tummy :) What's next is back to running what I love 3 days run and 3 days JM ripped in 30. I saw great results with RI30 so I want to keep that in my routine.

i was too busy doing cardio i decided to see what results i would get by backing away from it & i don't regret it! i have carpal tunnel and can't life more than 5lbs so i am glad i can get results without heavy weight lifting!!! & thank you! hope u can get back on it!!

Level 2 is hard phew you go thru that so quick its intense!! but it was good as it definitely kicked things up a notch!

wow that is amazing progress!! u will see that weight fluctuates a lot so don't be disappointed. u might not see a weight loss on day 14 but if you would have weighed urself on day 13 or 16 ud see a 2lb loss so don't be discouraged when that happens in the future! best advice is to measure!!

I have to work out at home. So those people who suggest I lift heavy what is heavy? And what could I buy so I do it at home? I have carpal tunnel in both hands so let's see if i can even do that. I will be on week 4 on sunday and what i have done is 7 days each level. i took my one day breaks but made sure i didn't move up a week without doing the 7 days. i have seen others not be religious to it like i am and incorporated other exercise and did 6wk 6pk maybe 3-4 times a week. i am barely starting to notice a tad…

i am just thinking if you split up the exercise into 2 or 3 pieces than u get 2-3 times sweaty and 2-3 showers eww!! can you work out at night or in the morning instead and do a 20-30 in workout. in all reality tho if you break it up i don't see why burning 100 cals in the morning and 100 cals at night won't lead to weight…
