Yummm. Thanks for the tip! I don't think I could eat that much on a fast day! I eat breakfast (usually chobani and oats) then by the time it's dinner time my hunger has passed and it takes me about 40 minutes to finish my meal haha! Veggies and gravy sounds so good though!

why are you even on this site if you're just going to bring people down. It's about encouraging each other to get fit and healthy, not insult them because they used to have bad habits...

Oh also, to keep your metabolism in tact make sure you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks in between! Sometimes I have dessert too ;) I want a frozen yoghurt now!!!

You're welcome :) my goal is only 1360 but sometimes I eat under 1200 and it tells me I'm not getting enough nutrients and could be starving myself!! But I feel full, and never hungry and I have mostly been eating fresh foods and veges as well as lean meats and even some homemade baking! I wouldn't take MFP too seriously…

Just eat enough so that you're full and feel satisfied, don't starve yourself. Just try not to let yourself go over 1650. :)

Just because things are low in cals doesn't mean they're okay, like chips are still high in saturated fat and salt, and a small soft drink is still high in sugar, they may be tasty but they will only satisfy you for a tiny amount of time!

I love strawberries, vita wheats and vegemite, mexican tuna from coles! only like 49 cals, mandarins, I made some yummy brownies yesterday, 89 cals a serve, breakfast prunes, all fruits really!

I've always been at a healthy comfortable weight, I'm now more just trying to get fit and grow some muscles ;) 8 calories isn't very much and won't make a difference. Replacing "fat" with chemicals is not the best idea ;)

Just try and avoid soft drinks, coke or coke zero. they're both bad for you. if you like sugar in your coffee or tea try and cut it by half then half again. half a teaspoon of raw sugar is only 8 calories.

Natvia is the best "sugar substitute" as it is the only 100% natural one. But you could find natural sweeteners like prunes or dates, blend them up and they're great for baking. Honey is also a good one!
