So true regarding not having to stick to "breakfast foods" as in, traditional cereal/ oatmeal ect. I can eat left overs, a turkey sandwich (as you said) and all manner of other dinner/ lunch type foods for breakfast, but cannot stomach breakfast foods. soups. protein filled sandwiches. I used to freeze marinated chicken breast in portion sized snap bags, then just defrost and grill and add to a salad. takes about 5 minutes after you have defrosted it and its a lot yummier then same ol' same ol'

Green tea always makes me feel clearer and more energetic. kind of the same boost you get from coffee but not the gluggy feeling.

Hi...I have found that really listeing to when I am feeling satisfied, instead of trying to push through it, I STOP then...even if I have only eaten half the sandwich ect. it helps and seems to reduce what I eat yet I am focusing on feeling NOT hungry instead of full.
