how do I get a tiker in kilograms?

Hi, I am new around here and would like a ticker, but being an Ozzy, I don't speak or understand pounds...is there a simple way of getting a ticker in kilos?

    Go to settings (right on top of the page) and look through the options and you'll see one that says 'Switch to metric measurements' and click on that. It's give you the measurements in kilograms and metres.
