golf is my only sport. i use to be able to walk 18 holes but now im soo out of shape and because its winter time here in michigan i cant really do that

Thanks ok but the thing is i want to lose it but i can be a lazy guy and work alot, im a chef at a bar and a delivery driver for hungry howies. its hard to stay away from the food grr fatty food. what can i do to make my self work out??
