yep no self control I guess... too bad I have to little boys and a husband at home that love it too. I would rather not have it in the house.

my sister in law used the product and said she felt like she had more energy and her complexion was better... and she even lost some weight I was just wondering if anyone else research other types

the problem with it is that well some people can keep it to 2 tablespoons I tend to overindulge (my addiction) so all that added fat and calories isn't good but anyways just wanted some thoughts on the topic I will try to control my cravings :)

@jkwolly ya i do make my own protein shakes but the shakeology is more for the added greens and other nutrients so i was seeing if there was a comparable type on the market

I've pretty much always ate at a 15% cut... I've never ate at my tdee

thanks gapwedge01... i diffently have stress from having ocd which leads to anxiety but hopefully i will get it all taken care of tomorrow i just wanna feel relaxed for once lol!

if i re calculate my calories my tdee 2238 -15% =1903 so my calories would go up..... should i eat at new tdee with deficit or decrease my calories ? what would benefit me more? also i have been eating these types of foods for the past year i know that i do have anxiety issues so i am going tomorrow to get my medicine…

I feel like i need to get my ocd and anxiety under control on my own but the problem is right now i need a little extra help... i hate switching between drugs because that causes more dr appts and time off from work i know im just complaining i work in the medical field so i understand you need to be monitored but…

I have been doing em2wl for 3.5 months 136 5 2 1/2 27 yo Exercise 6 days a week 4 days strength/ circuit 2 days pure cardio plus swimming/ walking running around with a 3 yo and 7 mth old In march when I started till may I was down 4 lbs outta nowhere I went up 4 lbs
