Apart from one day when I went over my allowance by 25cals, I've been under my allowance every day and exercised on 5 days. Looking on the bright side, I've still lost 4.6lbs. Hi Olivia, I started Zumba class this week on the recommendation of a friend who has dieted and Zumba-ed three times a week. She swears by it as a fatburner. I've just bought one from Amazon and it will only fit my iPhone if the case is off. Trouble is, the case is a bugger to get off so it'll be a pain if I have to do that every day. Just something to look out for. If you get one that fits and iPhone with a case, let me know please!
