I just realized that I have my weekly weigh-in tomorrow, and I don't want to have to report a gain this week, so I am going to be angelic today, and see if I can at least get a maintain weight tomorrow morning. I have lunch out today for a co-worker that's leaving, but I've been to the restaurant before, and will have the greek salad with chicken. Lots of water, speaking of which, must go fill up my cup. :drinker:
Looks like Im leaning for another maintain tomorrow too! ugh0 -
Ok, I stuck to my plan for lunch: greek salad with grilled chicken. I've been drinking lots of water, plus a few cups of green tea.
On to my next challenge: supper! I'll let you know how it turns out. I can do it! One day at a time...0 -

Went to 5 days of Maintenance at the start of the month and just switched to 1 Pound a Week loss until my son announced his wedding will be in August. Went into high gear with workouts and not eating all my net cals. My weight stalled. Then took an off day, switched back to 1 lb a week, had a slower day, and weight dropped again. Will see how this goes.0 -

Doing better now than I was earlier this week... Unfortunately, I am very inconsistent. I am truly wondering if much of it has to do with hormones. I'm seriously considering getting off my BC pills, but that means first figuring out another method of protection.0 -

Dmg try the copper IUD Its pretty amazing, lasts five years and It has no hormones! I love them even tho they can fall out just depending but thats not the norm!
So I weighed in and tada!! I finally lost some weight! Not much but its a start!

I did it!! I lost 5 pounds this month! yay! Now I have to keep on trucking. I wasn't good about checking in here. Are you guys going to do this again in February? Even if it's only 29 days... we should do this again!

I had a pretty rough week with eating. One crazy eat-everything-in-sight-for-no-particular-reason day included. /sigh
Still, I managed to lose. I changed my end goal to be a total of 4lbs lost since there's only four weeks in January and I'm at the tail end of my weight loss.
Sadly, I don't think I'll even reach 4lbs lost for January but that's okay. At least the scale isn't going UP!

I was hoping for a loss after last week. I was so busy I wasn't eating three meals a day and some days I was eating as low as 700 clories a day. This week i made sure I ate three meals a day and aimed for about 1200 calories and got a loss. I managed to fit in a little bit f exercise too which helped I'm sure.
It is annoying hough that I needed just one more pound to have lost my first stone. Oh well never mind! :ohwell:

Hard week husband sick and I found myself eating out of worry, sheesh anything makes me eat! I know I need to turn to other comforts and most of the time I do, bath, exercise, tea, etc…but it doesn't work all the time!0 -

I got a message from someone asking if I am ok. I did not realize that it has been almost a week since I have posted. I have been checking in and reading everyone's posts but then running out of time to reply.
I was finally down a pound this morning. I don't think I will make 5 this month but need to keep getting those workouts done and working on the healthy eating.
I got 6 miles of walking/running on the treadmill. I am up to running 3 minutes at a time and then walking for 2. Next week run for 3 walk for 2. Hopefully I can get my endurance up. I am looking at a half marathon for August. We will see how the training and dieting go.
I have been having lots of heartburn and stomach pain lately so on Tuesday I am having an endoscopy. Hopefully they can find the problem and help me get better.

Lost .2 on vacation. Kind of irked because I really tried hard and made sure to exercise every day. Oh well, losing .2 is better than gaining anything!0 -

I have been sick so over the past 3 days I have lost 2 pounds! Not really the healthiest way to lose weight so im not counting on it sticking.
I have gone down from 168 to 166.4 but weigh in is on friday so we will see0 -
I've had a rough first part of the month, BUT I'm still about halfway there. from 285.5 to 282.8. 2.7 pounds lost so far and I should be able to keep on track to hit that 5 pounds by the 31st....UGH! just over a week, hmmmm, maybe not, but I'll try my hardest!0

my last weigh in I was .4 away from my 5 lb goal. My husband has hid my scale because I was weighing myself multiple times a day. He told me I can have it on the 24th then he is taking it away again untill the end of the month.

I am now doing the 30DS hopefully I will lose much more than my 5 lbs this month!
I am back and I DID IT! I am currently 214.2.
I lost 3.2 lbs with my first ten days with Jillians 30 DS.
I have lost 7.8 total.
I know there is only one week left but I am atempting to reach 10 lbs in Jan. 2.2 lbs to go. It will be tough but I think I can pull it off. Ill keep you all posted.

Hello hello my dears! It feels so weird not posting in this challenge as I've done so since May 2010!
I just wanted to update those who try to keep up with me that I'm 11weeks pregnant today. We got to hear the heartbeat for the first time this past Thursday...amazing! The doc wasn't sure if my dates were right (or he was thinking multiples) so they had us go in the same day for our ultrasound. My date was on the nose, he just misjudged. We won't find out the gender til mid March and my due date is Aug 14th, 10 days after my birthday.
Anyway, I miss you all and can't wait til I can start posting in here for losing again.
