What a relief to know I'm not alone! I've got no problem giving up most dairy but ooooh what about ice cream :0( My family has always given me a hard time for having a strict vegetarian/vegan-ish diet... at least now I can say I am lactose intolerant!!!

It SEEMS to me that when someone needs to drop a large amount of weight - or is considered obese - not eating back your burned calories is not a big deal. What I've noticed that if people hit a plateau, and they are not eating back at least half of their work out cals, that starting to eat those jump starts weight loss.…

I just found this recipe for a lentil loaf - rice, lentils, onion, garlic, bbq sauce. It gets crunchy on top and is sooooo delicious. not to mention it has a boat load of protien!
