Thanks JoyLaine!! It's so hard to stick to it... I use my fitbit as motivation to keep going but truly I've had a rough go at it these past few weeks/months but I just try to never give up completely because it's a hard road back to fitness if I completely let it go. <3. <3

I got on the spin bike for 20 mins... I want to run more but I've been so tired lately. So now I;m just trying to do a little each day.

I'm down 7 pounds - that's good considering I didn't want to hold on to unnecessary water weight from holiday junk or stress. I will be looking forward to continue to try to lose 10-15 pounds before February

I'm out of the country for 8 days see you guys when I get back! Going to try to limit carbs while I vacation... Not eliminate but just not binge on cakes and fries and etc. I ordered a salad from fast food today! First time in 5 years

Life with no internet sucks. Especially when I'm lucky to have 1-2 bars on my phone. This has been a very rough few weeks. But I lost 5 extra pounds so I can't complain

Great tips!! I'm 11 days since my tonsillectomy. Still not able to eat a full meal. Finally able to consistently drink without drowning and sleep without aspirating and waking up out of breath. Had a few asthma attach this week but over all geeking better and in much less pain then lady week. Not back up myself yet though.…

Proud of you all!! I've lost about 10 lbs through pain and suffering of not beng able to eat literally. In so much pain. Even drinking water is difficult... It ends up going out of my nose!! Disgusting. Have not progressed to soft foods yet obviously since I can't barely tolerate water. Sigh!
