Well i am doing the 1200 and is working for me, but i am really eating like 1500 to 1700, but because i do the exercises i go under 1200 in NET Calories so..... but if your doing it with out the exercises then, if you don't starve then go ahead :-) P.S i am losing 5lbs a week with these routine

probably getting it somewhere else... a guy is rarely tired to go to action, i don't think is body image because if you still want with him then he should be grateful someone wants him looking the way he looks, so for me 1.Affair 2.need to spice it up, he might be bored with just regular sex, but that's not even a excuse…

yep i have done P90x but i never pass to the 3rd month because of work or something, but it really works so good luck and enjoy

depends of what training for me i do it before i go to boxing training but i do it after if is weight training

Well it depends really if you want you can do both, but i would recommend if your goal is to be 200, focus on your weight training when your 220 to 230lbs , for me i was 175, right now i am 163lbs, but i am going to start to go to the gym (weight training) when i am like 149lbs , my goal is 140lbs, i will do it that way…

Monday - chest,bicep and tricep with abs Tuesday - Back, shoulders and traps Wednesday - legs (Quads,calves,hamstring), forearms with abs Thursday - chest,bicep and tricep Friday - Back, shoulders and traps with abs Saturday - legs (Quads,calves,hamstring), forearms Sunday - Rest if i work in the day then i add boxing…
