    Great Job.. That is a huge motivator. So you did that in 4 months? I've given myself 8 months to lose 50 lbs. Everyone keeps telling me that is more than enough time. But I figure it's a realistic time frame. If it comes off sooner than great.

    OMG you are me!! I used to be 240 and now 186!! Trying to lose another 20 pounds in round 2 of my mission!! It's great to look at photos and compare, you are the same height too :0 Well done!

    wow--you look great. If you hadn't said what your weight was....I would have guessed wrong. 247 looked more like 200 and 186 looks like 135. You are doing great!! Congrats!!
