Google refrigerator oatmeal, you make it the night before in a jar and it's got greek yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, and almond milk or other milk if you like. You can add nuts and any other sweateners you like. Very filling and easy and yum.

Thanks for this recipe, am making it right now, with zucchini added. Yum!

No way is it rude. I gave all my clothes to a friend and she loves them. Free cute clothes are the best!

This book might help: Intuitive Eating, also anything by Geneen Roth, and Heath at any Size. Also therapy is what helped me. Diets don't work. Hugs.

I've never done this before. We do we post our first week stats? I know you said 4/5.

I brush my teeth every night and it makes no difference at all! I need to lock myself in my bedroom!

Thanks for doing this. SW: 206 CW: 154 GW for April: 149 UGW: 146 Reached a pound over my goal weight in September and haven't seen the 140s since. I really would love to see the scale move in the other direction. Need to pay more attention to hunger and fullness. Allow some degree of hunger. Move more. Treat myself with…

Read this book: Intuitive Eating, it will help. I am 100 lbs down and struggle with the same things. The retraining is possible, but it involves your actions more than your mind. Eat like the person you want to be. Everytime you act the way you want to act you strengthen that muscle and groove that path so it becomes more…

yip, me. Started at 256 about 4 years ago. Lost 50, kept it off. Started here last Jan (2012) and lost 50 more in 8 months. Size 8 now. Was 147, but back up a bit, 156 today, on a good day 152. But feeling good and eating well and I never felt starved or had to exercise like mad. One day at a time, you can do it. You WILL!

"It is what it is." ARGH!

I thought I was 5'7'' but just got measured at 5'6''. Started here last Jan at 206. Am about 153 now. Was down to 147 and fitting really nicely in size 8s. (I'm 42 and have never been a size 8 as a woman). They are snug now that I've been vacilating between 153 and 156+. But I've already given all my 10s away! I started in…

oh, love the chili powder, sea salt, lime juice idea! Thanks!

i use rosemary and salt but they actually have different flavored shakers you can buy for popcorn and they have no calories: bufallo, white cheddar and salt and vinegar are theones I have.
-
So sorry about your baby. And wow, great work. I started at 256. Am 156 now. Pretty cool. Keep going. You're going to be shocked when you fit in a size 8. I've never been a healthy sized woman either and it feels so fantastic!
-
Oh wow, you look fantastic, like 20 years younger actually!!!! Great work!
-
Me too with the collar bones! Love em! Cheek bones too. I'm still like, look, I have bones!

Am about 60 lbs down from a year ago. Was down to 147 but back to like 156 right now. 5'6'' (thought I was 5'7'' until today!) Negative: My tailbone REALLY hurts when I sit. Well more when I actually get up. Colder easier. Positive: So many. Am visible now in a way I never was before. People are actually kinder and do…

I had a pair of really cool light weight green pants my aunt gave me years ago that I kept around just because I thought they were so pretty and hip. I couldn't even get them over my hips. I would take them out once in a while and hang them on a chair near the fridge, but still never stopped me from eating too much. Joined…

Also you can marshmallows aren't that high in calories, you can reduce the calories by not using butter. Just use the melted marshmallow.

That person is making fun of the add about bananas making you fat, right? Don't always get the sarcasm here. I eat at least a banana a day and have lost 100 lbs.
-
Well I used mashed up bananas in all kinds of recipes and one involves using rice crispie cereal and raw oatmeal and a little pb and some dried fruit or even choc chips. It never gets brown or gross. Tastes great too.
-
try mashed up bananas.

Try oatmeal! I eat it in all kinds of forms and it keeps me full for hours. Esp love steel cut oats in crockpot with apples, raisins and cinnamon. You wake up to delicious thick porridge.
