REST!! If you're that sore and uncomfortable you will not have proper form during the exercises. Your risk of injury is much greater at this time. Also, if you're still that sore from yesterday, chances are you're still burning fat!

Water, water, water . . . make it inviting by buying yourself a PUR or BRITA pitcher, and then a cool (BPA free) water jug. I can't believe it, but in less than two weeks, I no longer crave the Coke Zero and Diet Coke that I used to have every morning. Good Luck!

My trainer says to listen to your body. If you're tired, you are at greater risk for injury when exercising. Rest, relax and recharge. :smile:
